Responsibilities
Create and oversee overall strategy for budget spending, sales forecast, promotion planning, & ROI tracking; evaluate clients’ business performance with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Shopify Analytics etc., and propose solutions to grow business sales, ROAS, online traffic, website conversion rates etc.
Conduct comprehensive Market Research using Google Trend, Google Keywords Planner, Similarweb.com, Spyfu etc. to create marketing plans and advertising schedules.
Monitor competitors’ pricing, offers, product content & keywords, search ranking, and reviews etc. with Google/Bing Auction Insights, SEMRush etc. to identify advantages and disadvantages, and obtain ideas to improve products and marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns in advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, YouTube, & TikTok, etc., and lead channel specialists to execute on optimization strategies.
Determine cross-channel strategies and testings to improve advertising metrics.
Conduct budget projection and pacing management to ensure all ad campaigns are running per schedule.
Analyze sales & performance data of the products with Excel Pivot Table to understand the best and worst performing SKUs/ Product Categories.
Optimize website and product content to ensure product information accurately presents the products and meets criteria for promotional channels, carry out A/B Tests on the UI/UX content change with tools such as AB Tasty & Google Optimize.
Utilize customer online conversion events data to segment different audience groups with Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Manager etc., adjust strategies accordingly, smoothing the purchase journey, increasing the AOV (average order value) and LTV (lifetime value) of customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum, master’s degree a plus
5+ years managing paid media planning & buying including Google SEM or paid social
Experience managing a team is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
