Certainly! I hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and have been immersed in the realm of UX design since 2019. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across various industries such as e-commerce, energy, and education. I'm deeply passionate about solving user problems and have honed my skills in platforms including B2B, B2C, mobile, and web applications. Outside of work, you'll often find me enjoying music or spending quality time with my beloved cat.

Could you walk us through your career path in UX design?

Of course! Over the past five years, my journey in UX design has been a dynamic one. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across different roles, gaining valuable experience in user research and interaction design along the way. Moving forward, I aspire to further enhance my skills in these areas and cultivate strong relationships within the company as I progress in my career.

What sparked your interest in blending UX design with marketing?

The dynamic nature of marketing has always intrigued me, particularly the role design plays in shaping consumer perceptions. Joining a marketing agency allows me to merge my passion for design with the challenge of meeting diverse client needs. I'm excited about the prospect of working on projects that demand creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to make a real impact in driving business outcomes.

What do you find most rewarding about your role as a UX designer?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is witnessing the tangible impact of my designs on improving user experiences and helping businesses thrive. Whether it's optimizing a landing page for an e-commerce client or fine-tuning user experiences for web and mobile applications, seeing real results like reduced bounce rates and boosted conversion rates is incredibly fulfilling. It reminds me of the meaningful impact design can have on achieving business goals.
