Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create and publish high-quality content quickly and efficiently — from brainstorming to execution. Ability to create and/or collaborate with customers and influencers to efficiently produce high-quality UGC (User-Generated Content) is a strong plus
Stay ahead of social media trends and create content that reflects current trends while aligning with the brand’s identity and goals.
Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Engage with the community through comments, messages, and other interactions to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Manage social media calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content.
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong background in content creation — ability to create high-quality posts quickly, from copywriting to visual assets.
Deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to quickly adapt strategies based on what's working in the industry.
Proven ability to create engaging content that drives measurable results (e.g., increased followers, engagement rates, and conversions).
Excellent communication skills — must be a native English speaker with a strong sense of tone and brand voice.
Proficiency in social media content creation tools, such as:Graphic Design & Image Editing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma; Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie; Social Media Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social; Meme & GIF Creation: Giphy, Kapwing
Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI-powered tools
Basic knowledge of SEO for social media content optimization
Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising; comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights) to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
