Lead strategic accounts at EMW3 with hands-on development and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in building and optimizing large-scale campaigns, with proven experience managing substantial media budgets and implementing sophisticated testing strategies across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize cross-channel paid media campaigns to drive client revenue and performance KPIs

  • Develop and execute media mix strategies, including budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI tracking

  • Lead technical implementation of campaign structure, tracking setup, and conversion optimization

  • Create and implement advanced audience targeting and testing strategies across platforms

  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategies using data-driven insights

  • Guide channel specialists on platform-specific optimizations and best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on paid media experience with deep technical expertise in:

  • Campaign structure and advanced bidding strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

  • Thorough understanding of tracking, tags, and conversion setup

  • Cross-channel budget management and media mix optimization

  • Platform-specific audience targeting and creative requirements

  • Proven success scaling accounts with significant media spend ($50K-$1M+ monthly)

  • Expert proficiency in Campaign management platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), GA4 and platform-specific analytics tools, keyword planners, SEMrush, etc.

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets, SQL basics preferred)

  • Experience presenting strategies and results to senior client stakeholders

  • Proven track record developing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
