Job description

Lead strategic accounts of EMW3 to develop and implement paid media strategies and drive revenue and conversion growth. Working closely with account executives, paid media (Google Ads, Paid Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Ads, Bing Ads, Criteo etc.) channel managers and creative team to implement paid media testing and iterate learning.

Responsibilities

  • Determine cross-channel paid media strategies and test planning to improve client and revenue and performance KPIs

  • Create and oversee client ad spend strategy (budget spending, sales forecast, promotion planning, & ROI tracking)

  • Oversee and ensure integrated campaign schedules/pacing (factoring in market research, budget projection, etc.)

  • Analyze ad campaigns performance on paid social and search channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, & TikTok, etc.) to iterate data insights & learnings

  • Provide guidance and optimization strategies to lead channel specialists

  • Segment audience groups utilizing conversion data to smooth the purchase journey, increasing the AOV (average order value) and LTV (lifetime value) of clients

  • Propose and pitch solutions for client performance

  • Analyze performance data of products identifying best performing SKUs and Product Categories

  • Keep up to date with competitors identifying and improving internal strategy (pricing, offers, product content, keywords, search ranking, reviews etc.)

  • Optimize website content ensuring accuracy and meets criteria for promotional channels

  • Execute A/B Testing on landing page UI/UX content change

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years managing paid media planning & buying including Google SEM or paid social

  • Experience with campaign management platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Shopify Analytics, AB Tasty & Google Optimize, Facebook Audience Manager, etc.)

  • Experience with market resources (Google Trend, Google Keywords Planner, Similarweb.com, Spyfu, SEMRush, etc.)

  • Proficient knowledge of campaign metrics (ROAS, online traffic, website conversion rates, Google/Bing Auction Insights, etc.)

  • Working proficiency of Excel/Google sheets (conditional statements, pivot tables and vlookups)

  • Experience in campaign analytics and conversion tracking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured

  • Experience managing a team is a plus
